November Lunch & Learn: The Top Ten Mistakes Made in Estate Planning

November 11, 2020

Please join us for the November Lunch and Learn entitled: “The Top Ten Mistakes Made in Estate Planning, and How You Can Avoid Them.”  Presented by Andrew Loudon, Esq.

Wednesday, November 18, from 12pm-1pm via Zoom.

Mr. Loudon is a trusts and estates attorney and his office is located in Lincoln, Ne. He specializes in wills, trusts, business succession planning, federal estate tax planning, non-probate estate administration, probate proceedings, powers of attorney, living wills, and guardianship and conservatorship proceedings.  He graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1998 and is deeply involved in serving both church and community.

Mr. Loudon brings a strong message to all of us: there are mistakes to be made in estate planning, but with proper planning and knowledge, those mistakes can be avoided.  He also brings a message of hope to churches and ministries struggling: it only takes the planting of one seed, and one estate gift, to make a significant difference for your church.

All clergy and laity are encouraged to attend this one hour event.  Mr. Loudon will present for 20-30 minutes and then make the rest of the time available for questions.

Our churches are in need. Take this small step to make a big difference in the future of your church. Spread the word and invite friends. This is an important message to hear in the time that we are in.  RSVP here and the Zoom link will be sent to you.
