Foundation Partners with Villager Courtyard & Gardens Hotel

The Nebraska United Methodist Foundation has negotiated a long-term, reduced rate agreement for the benefit of our Conference partners with one of Lincoln’s finest hotels, the Best Western Villager Courtyard and Gardens.
The Villager, long a favorite of Lincoln visitors and recently renovated, is centrally located at 5200 “O” Street, across from Barnes & Noble Booksellers and Pier 1 Imports, and only seven blocks from the Westfield/Gateway Shopping Town.
The Foundation is pleased to be able to offer the negotiated low, per-room rate of $42.00 plus tax to each of our donor families and Conference churches and ministries who have chosen to use the Foundation’s investment and planned giving services. (Please note that room rates are not tax-exempt.)
This rate is available to any and all qualifying donors, pastors, and church members who make reservations with the Villager using the correct rate code identifier. Members will need to contact the Foundation for this code.
The rate, which is heavily discounted from the regular price, is limited to two persons per room and is not available on special dates, such as New Year’s Eve, state tournaments, and home Nebraska football games.
There is no limit to the number of rooms that may be reserved, and use is not limited to church business or events.
Investor churches and ministries should feel free to share this information with all members, as the savings when traveling to Lincoln can be substantial.
The phone number for the Best Western Villager is 402-464-9111. When making reservations, provide the rate code and verify with the operator that the rate is $42.00 plus tax. No reference to the Foundation needs to be made, and your room(s) should be reserved in your name.
The Foundation receives no benefit from this arrangement, but it is our pleasure to have negotiated this rate on behalf of our partners in ministry.
